Do you want to be sure you are loved and accepted by God?
My name is David. You indicated that you are not sure about your relationship with Jesus.
To begin, here are some questions:
Do you share the intimacies of the Christian life with other believers? Read the following in 1 John 1:6-7: If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all[a] sin.
Do you have a deep awareness of your sin against the Word and love of God? Read 1 John 1:8-10: If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.
Do you live in conscious obedience to the Word of God?

Can you tell me more about what that means to you?
The Bible says in Philippians 3:13, "Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead." You should soon start receiving the daily messages from GodLife.com. I hope you'll read these and that they will strengthen you in your faith.
If you have a Bible, I encourage you to begin reading the Gospel of John in the New Testament. You can read or hear the Bible online at http://downloadbible.godlife.com/
I am overjoyed that you made the great decision of your life to join millions of others who have invited Jesus into their lives and committed to grow with Jesus' help as He lives inside you and guides your life!
More importantly, everyone in Heaven rejoices over you! While there are many triumphs and joys in the Christian life, our study of the Bible shows that God’s children sometimes suffer and go through troubles. But Jesus walks with us and the quiet promptings of the Holy Spirit will guide us as we ask for wisdom and help in prayer – talking to Him like we would our best friend.
Asking Jesus into your life is NOT a one-time experience. It is a daily encounter with Him and a lifelong journey. Christianity is NOT a religion. It is a relationship with the One Who knows you best, your Creator, God’s Son, Jesus.
Warmly in Christ,
David
